The Erie County Fair Marching Band App is a mobile (Android, iOS) and web-based application (the "App"). It is developed and operated in the United States by Steven Nemeti (the "Service Provider").
By using the App, you (the "User") agree to the terms below.
In order to provide the base service of the App, the following information is required of all users:
For security and authenticity purposes, device properties (ie. device ID, model, operating system) are also collected.
Any user-generated content such as announcements, event details, etc. are also collected and used by the App to provide its intended service.
To provide services such as push notifications and Google sign-in, the App has integration with Google Play Services and Firebase Analytics. The respective privacy policies are accessible below.
The Service Provider does not disclose user information to any parties other than those listed. User data such as email address will never be used for marketing purposes.
Many precautions are taken in order to safeguard the App from misuse, unauthorized access, and data loss. However, as with any other transaction of information on the Internet, security cannot be fully guaranteed, and as such the User must be mindful of the information they choose to transmit.
The Service Provider reserves the right to modify the Privacy Policy with or without notice. Continued use of the App constitutes the User's agreement with the Privacy Policy and any of its amendments. The date of the most recent modifications to the Privacy Policy are indicated at the top of the document.
